How often you should get a massage depends on your goals, but for injury recovery or pain relief, clinical massage therapy is often recommended 1–2 times per week, while for general wellness, once a month is usually enough.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancellation: Please provide 12 hours' notice to avoid a $60 cancellation fee. Exceptions: Severe weather, emergencies, illness, or childcare issues.
  • No-Show: A $60 fee applies for missed appointments without prior notice. Exceptions: Emergencies or unexpected events.
  • Late Arrival: Arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure a full session. Late arrivals may have their session shortened. Full fees still apply.

Do you do direct bills for Insurance?

We offer direct billing to most insurance companies as a courtesy to our clients. Please bring your insurance information to your appointment, and we’ll be happy to submit your claim directly. Coverage varies depending on your individual plan—some clients receive full coverage, while others may be covered for 80% or less. If you’re unsure about your coverage, we recommend contacting your insurance provider before your treatment.
